Cath Lab Registered Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Day shift, 4x10 hours (07:00 - 17:30). On-call required during weeknights and weekends.
Job Description
The Cath Lab Registered Nurse will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic cardiac procedures. The nurse will work collaboratively as part of a team, ensuring optimal patient outcomes during catheterization and interventional procedures.
Responsibilities

Perform cardiac catheterizations and related procedures.
Administer moderate sedation to patients as required.
Monitor patients pre- and post-procedure for complications.
Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a Cath Lab setting.
Current California RN license.
ACLS and BLS certifications required.
Experience with cardiac stent placements, right and left heart catheterizations, and circulating procedures.
