Make a lasting impact in the lives of K–12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! Cross Country Education is hiring BCBAs to support schools across Los Angeles. Enjoy a school year schedule with summers and school breaks off.

$Travel to one or a few assigned school sites – we aim to minimize travel when possible by assigning nearby locations

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Minimum 10 months working as a school-based BCBA

Competitive pay ($58 – $66 per hour) with weekly direct deposit

Paid mileage and drive time for travel between school sites

Paid training and administrative time
