Immediate Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, medical history, and treatment goals
Advanced Skincare Treatments: Perform treatments including facials, hydration facials, chemical peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, lash/brow lift & tint, and other skin rejuvenation treatments
Sales Performance: Actively promote aesthetic treatments and retail skincare products; Support clinic success through community outreach, marketing initiatives, and special projects when not serving clients; take ownership of growth opportunities
Proficiency in skincare and non-surgical cosmetic procedures
Demonstrated skills in sales, customer service and relationship building
M-F, (about 32 hours per week/in-office) with the possibility to increase hours as revenue/clientele increases.
