The Food Runner position is about:

Guaranteeing that the gastronomic experience of the guest, in general, is pleasant, timely, and pleasant.
Providing a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
Removing dirty dishes and utensils between courses.
Making sure tables are clear, clean, and quickly reset between seats.
Appropriate entrees from Perry's, including pork chops, chateaubriand, and bone-in tenderloin steaks tableside for guests.
Assisting the chef team with ongoing maintenance of the kitchen, including replenishing appropriate cutlery and crockery, cleaning all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen.
