Per Diem: $900/week

MMR is seeking Cost Engineer candidates to manage project cost control processes, including labor productivity tracking, earned value analysis, forecasts, pay applications, invoice audits, and cost reporting to provide accurate financial insight to project leadership. Track labor productivity and budget performance

Perform earned value and variance analysis

Provide financial insights to project leadership

Build and maintain account receivable and payable reports

Create and submit monthly pay applications

Perform labor, equipment, and material invoice audits

Maintain material sales tax logs

BS degree in Accounting, Business Management, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering or related field; or an equivalent relevant work experience

Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervision

Ability to coordinate a variety of projects simultaneously

Working knowledge of MS Office software

Willingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
