Registered Nurse - CVICU
Location: Hickory, NC
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Shift: 18:45 - 07:15
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to adult patients with critical cardiovascular conditions, including CABG, TAVR, STEMI, and carotid procedures.
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to CVICU patients.
Monitor patients' vital signs and health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during recovery.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 1.5 years of CVICU nursing experience preferred.
Valid RN license required.
Current ACLS and BLS certification required; CCRN preferred.
