While other postings use inflated "clickbait" numbers, our posted range of $35.00 – $50.00 per hour is a realistic reflection of what our part-time therapists actually take home.Guaranteed Base Rate: $25.00 per hands-on hour (W2 employee status with full payroll protections).Our average therapist has a 36.6% upgrade rate, with top tiers exceeding 50%.We actively encourage a 20% gratuity based on this full service price (even for discounted members!), Based on a steady part-time schedule of 15 hands-on hours per week, expected weekly take-home is $525 – $750+.Provide customized, high-quality massages tailored to client needs.Keep your dedicated therapy room and shared spaces clean, sanitized, and professional.Qualifications:Valid Virginia Massage Therapy License (Required).Available Hours & Shift Windows:We are looking for a reliable therapist to cover part-time shifts within our operating hours.
