Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift. We offer great opportunities for advancement, and many of the people who now manage and own our stores started at the ground floor. Baker/Finisher hours are from 11pm to 8am.

Checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures according to the Dunkin' Brands Jobaids.
**Experience & Skills: No previous experience required. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Dunkin' Donuts licensed the first of many franchises in 1955.
