Preventative Maintenance Engineer

With good pay, extensive benefits, and a family atmosphere, we are looking for an individual to join the existing Preventative Maintenance team to service a variety of areas of within the resort.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay $ 16.50 per hour

As a Preventative Maintenance Engineer, you will perform a variety of routine tasks to help ensure the resort remains safe, functional, and well-maintained at all time. Assist with maintaining hotel guest rooms, meeting space, public / back of house areas, performing minor and routine maintenance activities as assigned on a routine checklist.

Maintain standards of quality guest service.

Promptly respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.

Assist in logging and tracking all performed maintenance assignments with supervisors.

Personal Skills

Must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.

Ability to scrupulously follow all Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures.

Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care.

Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development.

Must have good mathematical and computer skills.

High school education and relevant training and experience preferred.
