Description
Our client, the U.S.'s largest commercial real estate services firm, is seeking an experienced Electrician to join a growing team supporting a new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Pleasant Prairie, WI . This contract-to-hire opportunity is working alongside maintenance mechanics, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and electricians, you'll play a key role in maintaining the facility's electrical infrastructure through preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment installations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with commercial or industrial electrical experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, client-facing environment. Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment throughout the facility.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and lighting systems.
Install new electrical equipment and components as required.
Inspect, test, and replace electrical components including motors, controls, switches, wiring, pumps, compressors, fans, gauges, valves, and related equipment.
Review maintenance records to support preventive maintenance planning and scheduling.
Ensure all electrical systems operate safely and efficiently while following company safety procedures.
Utilize the CMMS system to document completed work, preventive maintenance activities, and equipment history.
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams while delivering exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with maintenance mechanics, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and supervisors to complete maintenance projects and resolve equipment issues.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Trade school education or completion of an apprenticeship program is preferred.
Approximately 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical maintenance experience.
Experience performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment installations.
Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer/email skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative maintenance team.
Strong customer service, communication, and professionalism in a client-facing environment.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
Commercial or industrial manufacturing facility experience.
OSHA 10 Construction certification.
Electrical license (not required but considered a plus).
Experience working in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other regulated environments.
