General Practice Physician (Full-time)

We’re seeking a passionate and driven Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Detroit, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm

Sites: Physician will support an outpatient and a school-based clinic

Family Medicine / Primary Care

Physicians shall be board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.

Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)

Providing comprehensive primary care for pediatric to adult patients in an outpatient setting.

Provide full-scope primary care including managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.

Building long-term relationships with underserved patients

Partnering with behavioral health, pharmacy, and care management teams

Coordinating specialty referrals and community resources

Documenting care in Epic EMR
