Mental Health Facilitator I

Charlie Health seeks a Mental Health Group Facilitator to lead virtual IOP and PHP-level groups for teens, young adults, and families nationwide. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed group therapy, support individualized treatment goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team. You’ll document sessions in the EHR, coordinate with individual and family therapists, and participate in case consultations and trainings. This position is ideal for licensed clinicians passionate about youth mental health, outcomes-driven care, and using technology to expand access to high-quality treatment.
