Barista (Part-time, Full-time and Seasonal)

The Barista is responsible for creating exceptional guest focused Barista to provide experiences through the preparation and service of high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items. This role combines product knowledge, efficiency, and hospitality to ensure every guest interaction is welcoming, accurate, and memorable.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to brand standards

Provide friendly, engaging, and personalized service to all guests

Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked workspace

Operate POS system accurately for orders and transactions

Educate guests on menu offerings, including seasonal and specialty items

Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met

Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management

Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly

Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and equipment care

Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous barista or food & beverage experience preferred (but not required)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Basic math and cash handling skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.

Ability to lift and move items up to 25-50 pounds such as tables, chairs, and banquet equipment.

Ability to bend, reach, and carry items as needed for event setup and breakdown.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and respond quickly during service.

SCHEDULE

Hospitality demands a flexible schedule that may require extended hours as the business requires coverage including seasonality- on any day at any hour, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PAY RATE

$15.00 + tips
