Full Time Physiatrist Needed

We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient facility team. This position will be based at the Naperville, IL facility. The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, development and implementation of treatment programs in collaboration with physician orders.

Cultivate relationships with patients and the community.

Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources to ensure a consistent level of care.

Maintains patient confidentiality with regard to medical records per company policies and procedures and assures compliance with all HIPAA guidelines.

Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program

Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license
