The Order Selector picks products in the Distribution Center. Operates forklifts to pick products. Efficiently handle merchandise flow throughout the distribution center in an accurate, productive, and safe manner.

Entry Level

Order picking per pick ticket requirements. Use RF scanner for picking.

Heavy use of Crown forklift stock pickers and reach lifts as primary picking equipment.

Read orders for shipping information, special instructions, product location, and quantity accurately.

Cycle counting and inventory control.

Work overtime as needed.

Forklift experience a plus, but will train.

Computer skills - experience with Microsoft Office Products - Outlook, Word, Excel and AS400 knowledge.

Understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English for the purposes of safety, work instructions, policies, etc.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Approximately 100% of the time performing job duties is spent indoors in a warehouse with limited heating or air conditioning.

The temperature of the work environment, when in the office, is moderate.

The temperature of the work environment in the warehouse may equal to the outside temperatures of the area.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee sometimes works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to the risk of electric shock.

Continuously use Standup reach, propane sit-down, and picking lift forklifts
