Executive Benefits Producer - National Healthcare
Aon is seeking an Executive Benefits Producer focused on national healthcare accounts. As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.

Develop and execute new business strategies focused on healthcare providers, associations, and related organizations.

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline; identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across executive benefit solutions (i.e. individual disability, life insurance, etc.)

Expand and deepen relationships within existing accounts, driving crosssell across Aon's capabilities.

Use data, analytics, and benchmarking to support client recommendations and differentiate Aon's value proposition.

Represent Aon in the healthcare market through industry events, conferences, and professional networks.

Highly organized, with strong project management, analytical, and problemsolving capabilities; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Proven track record as a producer / business developer selling complex solutions to senior healthcare decisionmakers.

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.

This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
