About DDI: For nearly 65 years, Brightway Living & Learning has been a leading agency providing a full spectrum of care for over 1,600 children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. The Role: As a Transporter, you will operate DDI vehicles in compliance with the Department of Motor Vehicles, NYS Traffic and Agency regulations while transporting the people Brightway supports. Perform pre-trip inspection
Follow all agency policies and procedures
Ensure safety and well being of all individuals
Safeguard vehicle
Ensure that all individuals are received by a responsible adult after they exit the van
Report vehicle defects immediately
NYS Drivers License without restrictions for driving performance
CPR, SCIP, First Aid Certification within 90 days of hire
