Project Manager - Civil Engineering (Municipal & Land Development)
An established multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a variety of municipal and land development projects. This is an excellent opportunity to manage impactful projects while collaborating with a growing, nationally connected team.
Responsibilities:
Manage municipal, commercial, residential, and industrial site development projects
Lead project schedules, budgets, and client communication
Oversee engineering design, plan review, and technical documentation
Coordinate roadway, drainage, stormwater, and capital improvement projects
Mentor junior engineers and support business development efforts
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
8+ years of consulting engineering experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
