Hospital RN - Day & Night Shifts

Seeking experienced CVPICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract starting December 7. The role involves providing specialized pediatric cardiac ICU care, with a focus on patients requiring advanced ventilator management, monitor interpretation, and post-transplant support.

Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric cardiac ICU patients, including those requiring heart transplants.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Float within scope to cover other pediatric units, ensuring continuity of care across departments.
Document patient progress and interventions accurately in Epic EMR system.

Valid California RN license or an ETA for license posting.
Minimum of 2 years recent CVPICU experience, including pediatric cardiac training.
Willingness to work 12-hour night (19:0007:00) or day (07:0019:00) shifts, including 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule.
Ability to work holidays and accommodate a maximum RTO of 6 days.
