Unarmed Security Officer

Must possess a valid Nevada PILB Security Guard Work Card.

• Palisade Defense Security is seeking professional, reliable, and customer-service-oriented Unarmed Security Officers to join our growing team. Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, tenants, and visitors while providing exceptional customer service and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is dependable, observant, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. This position may require standing, walking patrols, monitoring property access, completing reports, and responding to incidents as needed.

Applicants with an active Nevada PILB Security Guard Work Card and open availability are strongly encouraged to apply.

Patrol assigned properties and maintain a visible security presence.

Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, gates, and access points.
Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems.
Report safety hazards, security concerns, and incidents to management.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Valid Nevada PILB Security Guard Work Card.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous security, military, law enforcement, customer service, or related experience.
Experience with surveillance systems and access control systems.
