Plan, forecast, manage, and deliver consistent long‑term profitable branch growth

Develop and lead the sales team to be the premier supplier of equipment across all building types

Actualize account management strategies, sales planning, pipeline management, and salesperson development/training

Establish and maintain long‑term customer relationships with key and target owners, architects, consulting engineers, and contractors

Manage account assignments to the equipment sales team to ensure secure sales performance to plan

Provide accurate and timely forecasting of sales and allocation of sales support resources

Increase local market penetration by securing new customers and expanding the existing customer base

Facilitate training and ensure support resources are in place to develop sales individuals capable of selling the full scope of bundled offerings

Develop strategies for the local sales team consistent with the mission and objectives

Accountable for integration of construction sales team activity within assigned staffing geography

Evaluate local performance in customer satisfaction and provide leadership for performance enhancement and proactive resolution of issues

Participate as the management team representative on strategically important key accounts

Establish and maintain personal long‑term customer relationships with strategically important accounts to influence opportunities

5+ years of industry experience in HVAC sales/account management and/or HVAC field operations

Available for frequent travel

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

97,000 - $152,000 (salary determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data).
