Registered Nurse Operating Room (RN)
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty with proficiency in various surgical procedures.
Schedule
This position is full-time, working Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM.
Location
Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons and surgical teams with various surgical tasks.
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes in conditions.
Prepare and assist with surgical instruments and equipment.
Educate patients and their families regarding post-operative care and recovery.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an operating room setting.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Current AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Experience with ENT procedures for both adults and pediatrics, facial plastics, and general surgery is preferred.
Holiday Requirements
The candidate must be willing to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
