Your role as an Auto Parts Counter Professional will have you reporting directly to the Store Manager and being at the heart of our inside sales activity. You'll build and maintain lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring they receive the best service and support. Get the Sale!" Close deals, meet targets, and help us drive success.

Build and maintain productive, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.

Close sales to achieve goals and drive growth.

Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Get to know our customers and understand their needs.

Locate hard-to-find parts and negotiate with vendors for the best deals.

Provide precise quotes and follow up with customers to ensure orders are placed.

Track lost sales and promote company specials.

Assist colleagues when needed and foster new sales opportunities.

Fulfill customer orders from various sectors, including installers, fleets, municipalities, and car dealerships.

Securing and transferring cash or other assets.

Minimum 3 years in counter sales in a competitive market, with a preference for wholesale auto parts sales in the aftermarket industry.

Exceptional phone skills with a positive, enthusiastic, and attentive tone.

An existing customer base is a plus.

Passionate about exceptional customer service and exceeding sales goals.

General automotive knowledge is preferred.

Experience with POS systems and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).

Spanish and/or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus.
