Description Secure, Support, and Serve - All from the Front Desk
Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about safety and service? Join Blackwell, Inc. as a Desk Security Officer , where you'll combine your security experience with administrative precision to ensure a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for residents, guest, tenants, and vendors.
This role is ideal for individuals with a background in security operations, administrative support, and reporting systems , who thrive in structured environments and enjoy being the central point of contact.
Weekly Work Schedule: Days of the week: Monday - Friday
Start and End Time: 2:00PM-10:00PM
Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and visitors
Manage access control, including issuing and terminating access badges
Provide parking validations and monitor visitor check-in/out procedures
Assist the property access during special events and deliveries
Maintain and organize front desk supplies and documentation
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Monitor security systems including cameras, alarms, and specialized software
Observe and report incidents accurately and promptly
Facilitate emergency notifications and response procedures
Maintain detailed logs and reports using digital tools
Perform additional property-specific duties as assigned
Requirements Ideal Candidate Profile
21+ years of age
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of security experience (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and re porting software
Experience with security monitoring systems (preferred)
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Availability for weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts (preferred)
