Exciting Opportunity: Full Time Staff RN - PACU - Days Job Description: - Shift: 8:30 AM - 6 PM, 4 x 9's - Weekend Call: One day per Saturday or Sunday every 6 weeks - Night Call: 4-5 times per 6-week schedule Key Responsibilities: - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care using the nursing process. - Direct and delegate tasks to co-workers in a collaborative care environment. - Maintain thorough, accurate, and concise documentation throughout the patient care process. - Communicate pertinent observations and changes in patient status to the physician. - Ensure medical equipment and supplies are available for patient care and report any malfunctions promptly. Completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN). - Valid RN license in Ohio; Experience: Minimum of 2 years of previous RN experience preferred. - Understand and care for patients and their families. - Utilize resources wisely and give back to the community. - Psychological/Mental: High stress management required in urgent situations; Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
