Create service orders and provide clear estimates for repairs and maintenance.

Communicate repair recommendations and technical information to customers in an understandable way.

Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to maximize efficiency.

Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and labor performed.

Follow up with customers regarding service status, recalls, or maintenance reminders.

Uphold a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred. Previous experience as a service writer or in automotive customer service is preferred. Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes. Computer proficiency for scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping.
