PepsiCo Route Sales Driver

Target location: Route coverage is throughout area and other locations, which may require different workdays and days off each week., 2am and 6am (average 4am) - Workdays can vary from 8-12 hours depending on market selling through.

Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care

Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)

Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers

Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)

Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

On-the-job training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training

On the go for most of the day in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift
