Field Registered Nurse (RN) In-Home Care

The Field RN at Homewatch CareGivers of Charlotte & Mooresville provides clinical oversight and leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, client-centered in-home care. This role bridges families, caregivers, and the care teamdelivering timely assessments, clear direction, and measurable results.

Key responsibilities include:

Conduct in-home client assessments, reassessments, and care plan development

Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and training to caregivers and CNAs

Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and best practices

Monitor client outcomes and respond promptly to changes in condition

Serve as a trusted clinical resource for families and referral partners

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted RN/LPN license in North Carolina

Home care, community health, or supervisory experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills

Organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently
