College Instructor

In this rewarding role, you'll empower individuals with developmental disabilities to build life skills, gain independence, and thrive in their communities. Provide Independent Living Skills (ILS) instruction to clients in home and community settings
Teach daily living skills including budgeting, cooking, personal hygiene, and community navigation
Document client progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date service records
Transport and accompany clients to community appointments and activities as needed
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a human services field
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in social services or related field a plus
