Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients through approved channels

Build genuine relationships with potential clients

Learn about prospects' needs and identify appropriate solutions

Conduct professional follow-ups throughout the client journey

Support client acquisition and business-growth initiatives

Maintain organized client and prospect records

Coordinate consultations, calls, or appointments

Participate in marketing, networking, and outreach activities

Track assigned activities and follow-up opportunities

Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive and professional attitude

Strong relationship-building skills

Comfortable communicating with people online and by phone

Organized and dependable

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Willingness to learn

Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, recruiting, or client relations is beneficial but not required
