Job Description Be the Welcoming Face of Best Western Plus Oak Harbor as a Front Desk Agent! Do you enjoy meeting new people, thrive in a customer-focused environment, and have a knack for organization? Best Western Plus Oak Harbor is searching for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Agent to join our team. What You'll Be Doing As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay. Handling reservations and inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
What We're Looking For We’re seeking someone approachable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. Basic computer skills to manage reservations and guest records.
