Care Management RN (Part Time, Day Shift)

Job Description

Saint Luke’s East Hospital has an opportunity for a Pain Clinic RN. This position will assist with rooming patients, preparing pain clinic patients for doctor’s examination, and obtaining pertinent patient history.

This position will also assist the physician in procedures, provide patient education and post-procedure instructions, schedule follow-up appointments, and assist with patient referrals.

Shift: Part Time Days

This position functions independently and is accountable for utilizing the nursing process. It coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team, delegates tasks appropriately, identifies hospital resources, serves as a clinical resource for new employees, and demonstrates positive leadership within the unit or department.

We are looking for an experienced nurse driven by innovation and continuous improvement. Moderate sedation experience is required. We need an out-of-the-box thinker who is solution focused and seeking a challenging environment. We are seeking a compassionate RN with strong critical thinking skills who is passionate about ensuring a positive patient experience for patients and their loved ones.

Job Requirements

1 year applicable experience

Basic Life Support – American Heart Association or Red Cross

Registered Nurse (various specializations)

Associate Degree
