Law - Paralegal

A growing family law firm is seeking an experienced and organized Family Law Paralegal to support attorneys and clients in matters involving divorce, custody, support, and related family law issues. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage family law cases from intake through resolution

Draft pleadings, discovery, financial documents, correspondence, and court filings

Maintain case files and track deadlines

Communicate with clients regarding case status and document collection

Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, and witness coordination

Organize evidence and financial records

Coordinate hearings, mediations, depositions, and meetings

Support case management and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

3+ years of family law paralegal experience preferred

Knowledge of family law procedures and court filings

Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail

Ability to manage competing deadlines and work independently

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software

Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or Paralegal Certificate preferred
