Typical first-year On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from $85,000 – $110,000+ , with top performers exceeding those numbers through commissions, renewals, and bonuses.
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will work in-office at our Irving, TX location with individuals, families, and business owners to help them protect their financial future through customized insurance and financial protection solutions.
This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on educating clients, identifying needs, and helping them make informed decisions with confidence.
Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outreach
Conduct client needs assessments to identify financial protection goals
Present and recommend customized insurance solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews
Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM systems
Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
Preference for candidates who demonstrate strong drive, discipline, and willingness to learn, even without prior insurance experience
Willingness to obtain or currently hold an insurance license
Sales experience is helpful, but not required — training is provided
Experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales
Active insurance license
Customer service, hospitality, retail, or leadership experience translates well into this role
