Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organizationPhlebotomy Technician (MA-P) - Lab ServicesSea Mar is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician (MA-P) to perform phlebotomy, waived lab tests, automated CBCs, EKGs, and spirometry to support patient diagnosis and treatment. This role ensures accurate specimen collection, testing, documentation, and strong patient care.Key Responsibilities· Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws; ensure proper specimen handling· Conduct EKGs and spirometry testing with proper calibration and documentation· Process specimens for reference labs and maintain QC/QA logs· Maintain inventory, equipment, and safe lab practices per CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA· Communicate results and coordinate with providers and clinical staffQualifications· Active WA State MA-P (Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist) certification required· High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent)· Strong customer service and phlebotomy skills· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred· Must pass pre-hire competency testSea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.Starting Wage: $21.30 per hourWork Schedule: Monday - Friday (Can be edited based on need)Hourly - Hourly Plan, 21.30 USD Hourly**What We Offer:**Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
