REMOTE POSITION / CLAIMS PROCESSOR

This is a -year contract position with a strong possibility of conversion based on performance and budget availability. Location: days a week onsite at Century Park, Building , with remote work on Fridays.

Hours are flexible: can start as early as AM or later.

Key Qualities

Good writing skills.

Experience in subrogation, motor vehicles, personal injury, and property damage.

Bachelor's degree preferred, but years of experience can be a substitute.

Equipment and Training

Equipment provided by the company includes a laptop and monitor for both office and home use.

Structured training with shadowing and on-the-job training.

Investigate, analyze, and pursue recovery against entities that damage company facilities, property, equipment, and/or facilities.

Involvement in general liability claims including investigation, analysis, and determination of the extent of insurance company’s liability concerning personal, casualty, bodily injury, loss of business, or property loss or damages, and attempt to effect settlement with claimants.

Oversee claims processing and payments to third-party providers, monitor charges, and verify correct payment of claims.

Send denial letters on claims and follow-up requests for information.

Set up claims, review payment reports for accuracy and compliance.
