Law graduate Paralegal

Job Description Salice Law is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish) Family Law Paralegal.

Paralegal must have a minimum of 3 years experience in family law and graduated from an accredited paralegal program.

The office represents clients in complex and emotionally sensitive family law matters, and we are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about helping clients through difficult transitions.

Salice Law practices family law in multiple states so we need a candidate motivated to master different court dockets.

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Prior family law experience
Knowledge of Arizona and California family law procedures preferred
Experience drafting family law documents and electronically filing court documents
Familiarity with divorce, legal decision-making and child custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, and related proceedings
Excellent legal writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
Professional, reliable, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case-management software
Assist the attorney with family law matters from client intake through resolution
Draft, proofread, electronically file, and organize pleadings and other legal documents
