RN- ICU - Flexible Shifts, Same-Day Pay

Role Overview Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates with other departments to maintain patient rights and confidentiality, in alignment with organizational standards and values.

Key Responsibilities Deliver flexible, incentivized RN services across various departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women's Health.

Participate in scheduling, be available on short notice, and adapt to shift cancellations without guaranteed hours.

Perform duties requiring physical stamina, such as lifting and prolonged standing, while maintaining quality care.

Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.

Current RN license in the state or compact licensure.

Minimum of one year recent Med Surg RN experience; two years for specialty areas.

Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS for critical and emergency care.

Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
