This opportunity eliminates the demands of overnight call, unpredictable hours, and routine weekend or holiday coverage

• One site per day no bouncing between locations
• 0.6 FTE- possible full-time
• Low-Stress Practice: No Obstetrics, no Cardiothoracic, no Trauma, no Neonates.
• No call, no weekends, or holidays!
• Eligible for a profit-sharing partnership after 2 years with shares awarded based on tenure and leadership roles.
