Machine Operator Summary

As a Machine Operator you are responsible for the efficiency and output of work orders assigned to the machine. In addition, machine operators are responsible for meeting or exceeding expectations throughout packaging and quality processes as outlined for each customer order based on specifications.

Quality control- serve as a material inspector to assure that all quality standards have been met
Process orders-responsible for understanding and processing of customer specific details listed on the work order such as:
Other special customer requirements as indicated on the comment section while operating within standard operating procedures
Setting up machines to start a production cycle in the proper manner
Package material based on specification outlines on Work Order such as:
Efficiency- work in the most productive and efficient manner while maintaining safe operating practices and quality workmanship
Use systems and/or paperwork for accurate recording of time, consumption, output, and quality notes as required
Raise any issues or concerns that arise during day-to-day work to the Supervisor, Plant Manager or President

Experience: 1 year of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment preferred

High attention to detail - accuracy in entering data and in communicating information with others; Must be able to reach, push and pull 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
