What You'll DoOversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of company-wide compensation programs, including base pay, bonus, and equity structuresPrepare job evaluations, salary surveys, and job architecture to keep leveling and pay structures currentEstablish and maintain salary structures and salary budgets in partnership with Finance and People leadershipPartner with line management to assess competitive labor market trends and inform pay decisionsMaintain working knowledge of federal and state compensation legislation to ensure complianceOwn incentive, stock option, and bonus plan design and administrationPartner on performance management systems and HRIS/UKG compensation workflowsSelect, develop, and manage a high-performing Total Rewards teamWhat We're Looking ForSignificant experience leading compensation or total rewards functions, ideally at a Director level or aboveDeep knowledge of compensation philosophy, market benchmarking, and job architecture designExperience managing bonus, incentive, and equity program design and administrationFamiliarity with compensation-related federal and state regulationsStrong partnership skills — this role works closely with Finance, People leadership, and business leadersPeople management experienceNice to HaveExperience with UKG or similar HRIS platformsBackground in high-growth or public-company compensation environmentsThe annual base salary listed does not include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.
