A Florida-based healthcare network is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to focus on the management of pharmacy operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
About the Opportunity:
Shift: Day
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8am to 6pm (8am to 12pm on Fridays)
Setting: Pharmacy
Responsibilities:
Maintaining the operations of the pharmacy department
Accurately dispensing and verifying prescriptions
Managing and supervising pharmacy staff
Ensuring compliance with medication guidelines and laws
Providing mandated counseling and customer service
Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a licensed Pharmacist
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Active FL Pharmacist license
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Retail Pharmacy setting
- BLS CPR Certification
- Bilingual
- Experience working within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
