Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift - Hospice

Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)
Schedule: 3-12s, 7 PM - 7 AM, rotating
Assignment Details:

Requirements:

Strong clinical skills
Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
Ability to provide comprehensive physical, emotional, social, and spiritual support
Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate care to patients and families in a hospice setting.
Assist patients in identifying personal goals of care.
Educate and support caregivers in managing care for their family members.
Deliver intensive medical end-of-life care in a home-like setting.
Manage symptoms effectively across a range of diseases.
Compliance / Notes:

Orientation process is 3 days, 8 AM - 5 PM before transitioning to night shift.
On-call requirement of 2 shifts per month.
