Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
Location: Hybrid work schedule in Greenville SC
As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
Present financing options and close sales
Build lasting customer relationships
Participate in ongoing sales training
Medical, dental & vision after 30 days
Monthly, quarterly & annual bonuses - NO cap on earning potential!
Gas & toll reimbursement
Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor
James Hardie Elite Preferred Contractor
Sales experience preferred, not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Weekend availability (6 days/week)
