Responsibilities of the Operations Manager include, but are not limited to:

Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations of the facility.
Manage and provide leadership to the Production Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Engineering & Project Management Manager.
Provide direction and support for production, engineering, customer, vendor, supply, building, and equipment issues.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, supplies, vendors, and facility needs.
Coordinate local events and employee activities.
Serve as the local contact for DXP/corporate.
Implement policies and requirements at the facility.
Qualifications of the Operations Manager include, but are not limited to:

• 10+ years of experience in operations management
• Previous experience working in a pump manufacturing facility preferred.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
• Familiarity with ERP or distribution software is a plus.
• Working Conditions: Office and Shop environment

Shift: 1st Day Shift
Travel: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred
Training/Certifications: N/A
