At Tanque Verde Ranch's Doghouse Saloon, we're not just looking for a bartender, we're looking for someone who brings the energy, charm, and creativity that turns a simple drink into a standout guest experience. In this role, you'll craft everything from timeless classics to signature resort sips, keep the bar spotless and well-stocked, and create a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. Whether it's a celebratory champagne toast or a sunset margarita by the lake, your drinks, and your personality, help define the magic of a Tanque Verde Ranch stay.
Our resorts provide an array of services including accommodations, golf, spa food & beverage, retail, equestrian and conference/event opportunities. The Cote Family has invested in its current ventures and is poised for further growth.

Shake, stir, pour, and serve a variety of beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to guests with style and efficiency
Create a friendly, fun, and inviting atmosphere at the bar (everyone loves "their bartender")
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift
Chat with guests, learn their preferences, and recommend the perfect drink to match their mood
Handle bar inventory and restock supplies like a pro
Help support your team and keep the good vibes flowing
You bring positive energy and strong communication skills to every shift
Bonus Points (Preferred, Not Required):
Experience working in busy resort bars or event settings
Solid knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails (from craft IPAs to signature spritzes)
A creative streak, you like trying new drink recipes and seasonal specials
