Job Activities

Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and create individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations.
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Draw upon evidence-based practices to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive engagement, and everyday performance.
Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, holistic care that addresses all aspects of patient wellness.
Guide Patients and Caregivers: Provide education to patients and their families on therapy techniques that foster ongoing progress at home.
Track and Evaluate Progress: Closely monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure patients achieve their goals.
Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Ongoing education or related certifications welcomed and supported.
Certifications

Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L).
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
