The right candidate will have a strong background in behavioral developmental, nursing home dementia, and or special needs, children adolescences preferred as well as home healthcare. The day-to-day duties of this role include assisting wheelchair bound client with dressing, laundry, changing lines, all ADL's, and light housekeeping.

Other assignments also open for part-time hours

Standard shift:

Valid DL, First Aid/CPR/PCA/CNA Certification (Preferred)

Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, bowel & bladder care, dressing and eating

Assist clients with ambulation and help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)

Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary

Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment

Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
