Oversee resident care, medication administration, and clinical documentation.
Partner with residents, families, physicians, and care teams to deliver exceptional service.
Foster resident engagement while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
Must be licensed (LPN) by the state of South Carolina and in good standing with a current active license
