Sales Performance Management Lead

Job Description An Ohio-based company backed by a Fortune 500 corporation is seeking a Sales Manager - a motivated, results-driven leader ready to take full ownership of our door-to-door sales and canvassing operations. You'll be in the field leading from the front, building teams, and creating a performance-driven culture that wins.This is a salaried position ($100K+) plus performance incentives for a proven leader who can recruit, train, and hold both salespeople and canvassers accountable to activity and results.Position Overview:The Sales Manager will build, lead, and scale both the Prospecting (Canvassing) Team and the Door-to-Door Sales Team, ensuring strong field activity, consistent lead generation, and exceptional sales performance.
